A small-time captain of a sloop out of Bilgewater. Beck made a deal with Jolly Roger to deliver Captain Jack Sparrow to him when Jack made his escape from the Bilgewater jail. But, when Jack offered more money, Beck went with the higher bidder.
It cost him. When Jolly Roger catches up to him, he turns Beck into one of his skeleton army while the player witnesses.
